LustApp window is not shown

Since LustApp is our main tool for earning money, it is important for its features properly.

One important feature of LustApp is that it will inform you whether a member has funds in his account or not. A pop-up window would appear on the lower right side of your screen. With this information, you will know when to answer or reject a call.

However, if you have successfully logged into the plug-in and the pop-window does not show up when a member calls you it is probably because the plug-in is not compatible with your operating system.

If you encounter this issue you may follow the steps below to resolve it.

1. Exit the plug-in. To do it, go to your system tray, right click on the plug-in and click quit.

2. Go to your desktop or computer screen, right click on the LustApp icon, and click on “Properties.” This will redirect you to a small pop-up window and from the upper sub-windows and click on “Compatibility.”

3.  Tick the box “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and below click the drop down arrow to select your operating system. If you are using Windows 8, then select Windows 8 from the option.

NOTE: LustApp is designed to run on any device that can successfully run Skype. If you are using Windows the options are limited to different versions of Windows such as the image below. The list of options will be different for those who are using iOS.

4. Click “Run compatibility troubleshooter” and then click the Apply button.

5. Wait for a few seconds while the troubleshooter detects issues.

6. After the issue has been resolved, you can log back into the LustApp plug-in. The steps should be able to resolve the incompatibility issue with your LustApp plug-in. If you encounter the same issue after thoroughly following the steps, please contact us through the Live Chat Support.
