How can I not charge a member for the call?

One of the possible reasons if you don’t want to charge a member is when a prepayment has already been sent to your account. If this happens, you can use the following guide to avoid double charging the member.

1. Log out from LustApp before the member initiates the call.  Look for the LustApp icon on your system tray, which is located at the lower right corner of your screen.

 2. Right click on the LustApp icon and click Quit or Logout. Eventually, this will remove LustApp on your system tray and log you out of the system. You can log back in your next live show for the next customer who chooses the pay-per-minute option.

3. Once you are logged out of the LustApp, you can ask the member to initiate a call on Skype and he will not be charged on his account except for the prepayment which he has sent to you prior to the call.

[insert image 3]4. Another option is to initiate the call yourself. If you do this, you won’t be double charging the member even if you do not log out from LustApp.
